Mr. Hadjielia is an experienced financial services professional, with more than 12 years of consulting expertise in the areas of licensing, regulatory compliance, risk management, corporate governance and fund services. Through his tenure in various reputable consulting firms, he led the authorization and establishment processes for numerous EU financial Institutions, including the Crypto Asset Service Provider registration for Revolut, and the first Crypto Fund licence in Cyprus. He holds a Master of Science in Business & Management from Aston Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Management from the University of Essex.

Mr. Lagoudis has more than 12 years of experience in the investment management and financial services. He has worked for various London based investment banks (e.g. Credit Suisse UK, Standard Chartered, HSBC) and asset management companies from the positions of Risk Manager and Portfolio Manager. Loukas is founding member of Oxford Blockchain Foundation where he was an advisor at the Foundation accelerator program. He was the Executive Director and Portfolio Manager at European regulated hedge fund where is actively managed a crypto portfolio of $20mln.

He has an executive education on Blockchain Technology from Oxford University and Bachelor’s degree in Physics and a Master degree in Risk Management. He is also holder of CySEC advance examination.

Integration of sustainability risks in the investment decision‐process

Sustainability risks represent systemic risks to which the economy as a whole is subject to, and as such, they are considered as part of the overall risk assessment of the Funds that the AIFM externally manages. The AIFM acknowledges that when sustainability risk occurs for an asset, there may be a negative impact on its value and therefore this could have a material impact on the net asset value of the Funds.

Adverse impacts of investment decisions on sustainability factors

For the time being, except as may be otherwise disclosed at a later stage on our website, the AIFM does not consider adverse impacts of investment decisions on sustainability factors. The main reason is actually the lack of information and data available to adequately assess such principal adverse impacts.

Remuneration Policy

Currently KMG Capital Markets Limited does not consider nor make any differentiation on employees’ remuneration when considering sustainability risks, when applicable. However, KMG Capital Markets Limited would consider the use of remuneration incentives depending on positive or negative impacts on Environmental (E), Social (S) and/or Governance (G), and/or the performance of the Fund.

Should the AIFM consider any changes in the future in its remuneration policy, AIFM’s website and remuneration policy will be updated accordingly.

Mark Martindale holds a BSc Honours Mathematics degree from the University of Hertfordshire and Actuarial Mathematics

Paul Pavli was born and educated in Australia, achieving an MBA in Banking and Finance from the University of New England and a Certificate in Financial Markets from the Securities Institute of Australia.

Paul has been a director of KMG Capital Markets Luxembourg S.A. since 2008.  He has extensive operational experience in fund management and portfolio management and a strong knowledge of all types of asset classes and financial instruments, including alternative investment products i.e. real estate, private equity, hedge funds and structured products.

Maria Danilaki has over 30 years executive experience. She has held positions at top management level both at national and international companies, in a wide range of business activities. She has been working with Kevin Mudd since 2001 and has a long and extensive experience in office management and HR

Maria is a member of the European Management Assistants association since 1993, where she currently holds the position of Assistant National Public Relations Officer. She has achieved the title of Advanced Communicator at the Limassol Toastmasters Club where she held the position of Secretary for two consecutive years.
